Last updated: 6/30/2026

This page describes the privacy rights and choices available to you, including residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, and other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws, as well as the EEA and UK.

We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Information

RoosterOS does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA). We also do not use cookies for ad targeting.

Your Rights

  • Right to Know / Access the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to Correct inaccurate information.
  • Right to Delete your personal information.
  • Right to Portability of your data.
  • Right to Limit use of sensitive personal information.
  • Right to Opt Out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising (not applicable here — we don't do these).
  • Right to Non-Discrimination for exercising any of the above.
  • Right to Appeal a decision we make about your request.

How to Submit a Request

Email privacy@roosterosapp.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and tell us:

  • Which right you want to exercise.
  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The state or country you reside in.

We will verify your identity (typically by confirming control of the account email) and respond within 45 days, or sooner where law requires. An authorized agent may submit requests on your behalf with written proof of authorization.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

Because we do not sell or share personal information or use targeted advertising, there is no GPC-applicable processing to opt out of on our marketing site. We will continue to honor recognized signals if our practices change.

Children

We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
